Delivery 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the UK.

How much do you charge for delivery?

For orders over £50, delivery within 5 mile radius of the shop is completely free, and orders less than £50 there will be a £5 delivery charge.

For orders outside of 5 mile radius delivery is £15.00.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are shipped on a Tuesday & Thursday for delivery Wednesday and Friday on a next day delivery service, so from the time of order it is a 48 hour delivery window.

My delivery hasn't arrived what do I do?

Please telephone the shop on 01706 215 216 or alternatively email us at shop@rileys-butchers.co.uk and we will chase your order.

Payments & Promotions

Do you take orders over the phone as well as online?

Yes we do. You can pay over the phone and collect in store if you don’t want to order online.

How do I find out about your promotions?

Make sure that you are following us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for the most up to date promotions and offers.

How do I use my promotional voucher online?

If you have a promotional code to use you can enter it at the time of checkout.

Do you do gift vouchers?

I’m sorry not at the minute for online purchases, we do sell them in the shop so please call in or give us a call to order.

Orders

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

No.

How do I order online?

Click On-line shop from the navigation menu and add the items and quantities you need to your basket. When you have added everything that you would like to order please go to checkout to complete your order and pay online using our secure checkout.

Can I change my mind on my order?

If you change your mind then please do contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately once the item has been shipped you cannot change your mind.

I didn't get what I ordered, what do I do?

Please telephone the shop on 01706 215 216 or alternatively email us at shop@rileys-butchers.co.uk and we will look into the matter for you.

Packaging

What packaging will my order come in?

All our orders are vacuum packed in chilled containers for safe fresh delivery direct to your door.

Will it keep my order cold?

Yes our packing is designed to keep your order chilled for up to 48 hours.

Can I reuse or recycle the packaging?

The plastic and paper can be recycled out of all our packaging.
